While downtown holds most of a resident's daily orbit, the more consequential structural change in late 2025 and 2026 is happening at Cabo del Sol. It is worth understanding even if you never buy or stay there, because it reorders where the Corridor's dining and lifestyle center of gravity sits.
The Park Hyatt opening is the anchor. The second piece is Soho House. The members-only Soho House brand brings its concept to Los Cabos in early 2026 within the Cabo del Sol development, with a signature restaurant, three bars, a beach club, and a full Soho Health Club with gym and wellness facilities.
The third piece is retail and food and beverage at scale. Whether every one of those 80 tenants materializes on schedule is a separate question. The direction of travel is not.
